Fenton USA Presents. . . Dad's Day Out!

Father's Day is just a month away. . .

June 20th! Our delightful Dad's Day Out Diamond Optic Vase pays tribute to Fathers everywhere. . . on their special day, they deserve a day out! Handcrafted in Cobalt glass, the vase is inscribed with the signature of George Fenton, President of Fenton Art Glass and grandson of company founder, Frank L. Fenton.

This vase features a handpainted Mary Gregory-style scene by Fenton designer
Stacy Williams of a man playing golf. The art of painting in the Mary Gregory style, with its unique shading and raised opaque details, tests the talents of the most accomplished decorators and is a tribute to the skills of Fenton artisans.

We have more than 60 different Blues in the Fenton product line. Cobalt creates a dark blue and copper imparts a light blue. In combination with each other or with additional coloring agents, cobalt and copper are used for almost all of our blue colors. "Freedom Soars" from Fenton USA
Inspired by our nation's powerful symbol of freedom and the towering mountains and firs of the Northwest, award-winning Fenton designer Robin Spindler created Freedom Soars for this vase, handcrafted in Favrene glass.

This stately oval vase showcases the shimmering luster and matte sheen of Favrene as well as the artistic handpainted highlights of the eagle and surrounding habitat. With careful reheating during production, pure silver rises to the glass surface, bathing it in luster to create a unique color that is later sandcarved to reveal cobalt blue. Limited to 950 pieces when originally produced, quantities are now extremely limited. Click image for details.
