Fenton Gift Shop Presents. . . Our Latest Limited Editions!

We are pleased to offer these new Limited Edition selections for pre-orders. Each piece features a hand painted design and will be signed, numbered and dated 2019 by one of our talented artists. The Iceberg Paperweight was made by Mosser Glass and the other Limited Editions were also handcrafted by Mosser, using the Fenton Art Glass moulds, exclusively for the Fenton Gift Shop.

Since their debut in the year 2000, the Fenton snowpeople have delighted collectors and continued to add holiday cheer to many, many homes. Our two-part Snowman Fairy Light was designed by Fenton sculptor Jon Saffell, and along with our Snowman and Snowlady figurines, they’ve been in a grouping called Frosty Friends for several years. We're sure you'll want to add this lady Snowman Fairy Light to your collection! This 7.25" tall Snowman Fairy Light is handcrafted in Opal Satin. Michelle Kibbe designed and hand painted a marvelous design in which the snowman holds a string with a gold speckled heart, a delicate snowflake and a star. Each item is tied with a bow on the string. She added matching teal gloves, top hat and scarf with additional teal accents on the jacket. Each Tommy Teal Snowman Fairy Light is $120 (tea light included) and is limited to 11.

This figurine was designed by sculptor Suzi Whitaker in 2006. The final result was named the "Fenton Foal" and has since become a collector favorite. Michelle Kibbe painted this 3.75" Opal Satin figurine with an elaborate design to resemble a carousel horse. Note the lacy scrollwork on the saddle with a colorful striped saddle blanket. Both the Foal's mane and the flowers have wonderful texture, and, as always, the eyes are remarkably expressive. . . the perfect complement to Michelle's overall design. Each Carousel Horse Figurine is $80.

Kim Barley does it again with another fabulous and whimsical Halloween-themed design on our 5" Opal Satin Owl Figurine. Kim airbrushed the body in a teal-blue color which provides the background for the golden-orange moon on the chest. Kim used brown tones on the base. She added a big-eyed pumpkin, black cat, talons, and black tree branches. Two bats fly in a night sky framed by white stars and scraggly trees. Kim added brown feathery accents on the head and wings. Note those mesmerizing eyes edged with teal and brown! Each Black Cat & Bats Owl Figurine is $95.

Pre-orders for the Tommy Teal Snowman Fairy Light, Carousel Horse and Black Cat & Bats Owl Figurines will be accepted until midnight (ET) on Monday, February 25, 2019. Please contact Fenton Gift Shop at 1-800-319-7793, ext. 342 or email: purchasing@fentongiftshop.com and include the names of the items you want to purchase in the subject line. Kim Barley's "Stars & Stripes" design on our Ruby Satin 5.75" Ghost Figurine incorporates many traditional patriotic symbols. . . from colorful red, white and blue stars and stripes to a majestic eagle head and a red, white and blue stars & stripes birthday cake.

The photos below show additional views of Kim's hand painted design. Note the bandana on the head and the gold starburst candles on the cake. Kim added gold shading on the arms and base of the figurine. Kim completed her design with the "4th" and star accents on the back of the figurine.

This Ghost Figurine was designed by Fenton sculptor Jon Saffell and debuted in the 2002 product line, along with the witch and scaredy cat figurines. The Ghost Figurine has become a favorite of Fenton collectors, no matter what the season! Each Stars & Stripes Ghost Figurine is $115.

Robin Spindler chose the solitary "Sand Cat" as her subject for this 7" Crystal Iceberg Paperweight. Her reverse painting technique creates a unique three-dimensional effect. In the background, a young Sand Cat looks out of the burrow. In the foreground, the mother and another young cat sit with watchful expressions. Note those blue eyes of the young! Robin will include the name "Sand Cats" with her signature on each paperweight (see inset photo). Did you know. . . Sand cats are petite and solitary with a broad head, large eyes, low-set ears and short limbs. Native to deserts in Africa and Asia, they are fearless hunters — their prey may even include venomous vipers. Each Sand Cats Iceberg Paperweight is $110.

Robin continues her Sand Cat design theme on our 3.5" Opal Satin Sitting Cat Figurine. She added white fur tufts in the ears and around the eyes and bold stripes on the face, body and tail. The perfect companion piece to the Crystal Iceberg Paperweight shown above! Each Sand Cat Sitting Cat Figurine is $75.

Pre-orders for the Stars & Stripes Ghost Figurine, and the Sand Cat Iceberg Paperweight and Sitting Cat Figurine will be accepted until midnight (ET) on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

Fenton Art Glass eBay Auctions. . .

Here's your opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind glass creation through our weekly Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions. These Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, February 27.
Items featured this week. . .

Fenton artist Michelle Kibbe designed and hand painted this marvelous one-of-a-kind "mouse among the mushrooms" motif on an opaque ocean blue Alley Cat figurine (11" tall) made by Mosser Glass, using the Fenton Art Glass mould. The delicate flowers and foliage are remarkably detailed, and the many mushrooms themselves are vivid and wonderfully true to life in texture and color. The mischievous mouse is "cute as can be" as it gets ready to take a nibble out of the nearest mushroom! And don't miss those deep purple-blue Alley Cat eyes! The Alley Cat is one of the most popular items in the history of Fenton Art Glass, and this mould originated at the U. S. Glass Co. in Tiffin, Ohio, in the 1920s. Fenton acquired the mould in the 1960s, and it was first used by Fenton in 1970.

Here's a stunning, one-of-a-kind hand painted Burmese pitcher from award-winning Fenton artist Robin Spindler. Burmese, a classic Fenton glass color that contains pure gold, is the perfect background for Robin's splendid depiction of sparkling butterflies fluttering about amidst a colorful floral motif and delicate leaves. Each butterfly has various applied colored and sparkly gemstone accents on its wings, so look carefully at the photos! This pitcher is Fenton's Beaded Melon pattern that was first introduced about 1948 as No. 711 Tiara. The Burmese glass color was first developed at Fenton in the late 1960s, and it has been a collector favorite ever since. Note the applied reeded handle in Burmese glass. We've added a black base, and the effect is eye-catching, to say the least. The pitcher is 5" tall, and, when on the black base, the overall height is 6.125". These Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.
