Right: Our impressive 11.5" Opal Satin vase provides the perfect canvas for Michelle Kibbe's hand painted design. Her summer scene features two Black-capped Chickadees, each perched on the stem of an Iris flower. Michelle's design encircles the vase, which will make an elegant statement when on display in your home.

Additional views of this vase are shown below. Michelle's brushstroke details on the flowers are meticulously executed. Note the lovely blend of colors from the pink-white petals to the darker violet-blue hues of the Iris. Each Chickadees & Irises Vase is $210.

Did you know. . . With its distinctive "chick-a-dee-dee-dee" call, the Chickadee is a popular backyard visitor across the northern United States and southern Canada. There are seven Chickadee species found in North America. Each species has the black cap and bib and the white cheeks characteristic of this petite bird. The most common are the Black-capped Chickadee, Carolina Chickadee and the Mountain Chickadee.

Did you know. . . Known for their beautiful blooms and their fragrance, there  are more than 200 Iris species found in the world. Iris blooms may be pink, blue lilac, purple to brown, yellow, orange, almost black, and white. The name "Iris" comes from the Greek word for rainbow. In Greek Mythology, the goddess, Iris, was a messenger to the gods. It is thought that she used the rainbow as a bridge between heaven and earth.

This Owl figurine appears to be waiting patiently for a big catch! Michelle Kibbe hand painted most of this 5.75" Opal Satin figurine in natural golden brown tones. She then created a wonderful scene on the front of a large fish jumping out of the water. The details on the eyes of this figurine are striking. Each The Big Fish Owl Figurine is $95.

This 4" long Mallard Figurine is hand painted as a Drake, or male, in natural colors by Kim Barley. Three views of this figurine are shown at left. Note the distinctive glossy emerald-green head, along with the white neck ring. Kim created a natural look for the feathers. This figurine is a must have for any figurine collector or duck enthusiast.

Did you know. . . Mallard ducks have the longest migration period amongst all the ducks, which extends from late summer to early winter. Male mallards are known as drakes, and female mallards are called hens. A group of mallards on the ground is called a “sord” and while they are in flight they are called a “flock”. Each Mallard Drake Figurine is $80 and limited to 20 figurines.

Pre-orders for the Chickadees & Irises Vase, The Big Fish Owl and Natural Mallard Figurines will be accepted until midnight (ET) on Monday, January 28, 2019.

Robin Spindler has created a marvelous scene of a Lynx observing its prey, the Snowshoe Hare. Depicted in their natural habitat, the hand painted true-to-life details on this 11" Opal Satin Vase are a tribute to Robin's talent. She captures the watchful eyes of the Hare...perhaps it senses the predator! Each Lynx & Snowshoe Hare Vase is $190.

Did you know. . .
A solitary cat, the Lynx has large paws. When they hit the ground, the paws have a spreading toe motion that functions like snowshoes. Lynx are skilled hunters with strong eyesight and prefer the Snowshoe Hare as prey.

The Snowshoe Hare has large hind feet, hence its name. It molts to a white coat in the winter that makes it nearly impossible to detect when it is motionless in the snow.  Their populations fluctuate about once a decade, possibly due to disease. This decline impacts the Lynx since it depends on the Snowshoe Hare as a main food source.

Kim Barley created a fun scene with jewel-toned stylized butterflies and colorful flowers
on our Opal Satin Snow Couple.

Meet "Billy 'n Barbie Blossom". . . attired in matching outfits, including green mittens and white polka dotted black scarves. Each cap is adorned with a large blue butterfly. As always, Kim added
a "whimsical" touch with the expression on each smiling face. Additional views of these attractive figurines are shown below.

Designed by Fenton sculptor Jon Saffell, our 4" Snowman and 3.75" Snowlady made their debut in the Fenton product line in 2000. Since then, this Fenton "Snow Couple" has delighted collectors and continued to add holiday cheer
to many, many homes.

Each Billy 'n Barbie Blossom Snow Couple Set is $140 and limited to 13 sets.

Robin Spindler has adorned this 3.75" long Opal Satin Fenton Horse Figurine in a patriotic red, white and blue blanket, eye cover and shin boots. She added a golden star accent on the chest. Perfect addition to a figurine collection!

Did you know. . . Shin boots are used on horses to prevent injury to the front of the horse's leg when hitting a jump rail.

Each Stars & Stripes Horse Figurine is $80.

Pre-orders for the Lynx 'n Snowshoe Hare Vase, Billy 'n Barbie Blossom Snow Couple and Stars & Stripes Horse Figurine will be accepted until midnight (ET) on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Please contact Fenton Gift Shop at 1-800-319-7793, ext. 342 or email: purchasing@fentongiftshop.com and include the names of the items you want to purchase in the subject line. These Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, January 30. Items featured this week.

"Simply spectacular!" Those were our first words upon seeing this one-of-a-kind hand painted vase (9.75" tall). from Fenton artist Michelle Kibbe. The Opal Satin glass is the perfect background for Michelle's delicate Dogwood blossoms, vivid green leaves, and, of course, those wonderfully red Cardinals! Michelle's work is always meticulous, and every brushstroke is perfect. Some subtle shading adds to the depth of Michelle's depiction of these popular American birds, and the overall effect is, well, "simply
spectacular!" This one-of-a-kind hand painted vase is identified, signed and dated on the underside: "hand painted by M. Kibbe 2019 OOAK".

Some folks have their Christmas tree in full decoration throughout the month of January, so we're sure that this splendid one-of-a-kind hand painted vase (8.25" tall) in Opal Satin glass from award-winning Fenton designer Robin Spindler will find a happy home! Robin's airbrushing skills are responsible for the interesting subtle background effect of Christmas tree lights, and her hand painting talents and skills created the wonderful ornaments in soft colors with added sparkling gemstone accents and delicate hand painted white scrollwork and other motifs. The playful Cat (note those blue eyes!) and the watchful Mouse add greatly to the overall artistic scene that reflects Robin's remarkable abilities as a glass decorator. This one-of-a-kind hand painted vase is identified, signed and dated on the underside: "Fenton 2018 hand painted by J. K. Spindler OOAK". These Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
