NEW Limited Editions from Fenton Gift Shop. . .
We are pleased to offer new Limited Edition selections for pre-orders. Each piece features a hand painted design and will be signed, numbered and dated by one of our talented designers. These Limited Edition pieces were handcrafted by Mosser Glass, using the Fenton moulds, exclusively for the Fenton Gift Shop. The Lighthouse Fairy Light was made for Fenton Collectibles using the Fenton Art Glass mould.

The shape of this 11" Opal Satin Vase provides an excellent canvas for Michelle Kibbe's "King of the Roost" design. Her hand painted details are meticulous and detailed.

Did you know. . . A Rooster is an adult male chicken. He guards the area where the hens are nesting, and will attack other roosters that dare enter his territory.

A rooster often "roosts" on a high perch during the day (hence the name!) and serves as a lookout for his group. He will sound a distinctive alarm call if predators are nearby and "crow" to assert his territory ─ especially during the early morning hours!

Michelle also created a wonderful folk art style background that encircles the vase. Note the wooden fence enclosing the chicken yard, the delicate flower scrolls and red sponge accents that complete this vase. Each King of the Roost Vase is $180.

This 5.5" Owl Figurine sports a message we can all appreciate: "LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE". Designed by Michelle Kibbe, each figurine sports the hand lettered message along with beautiful pansies in shades of pink, purple and white. Her hand painted details include a brown body with fine feather details. Note the additional feathery accents on top of the head and the golden eyes. Each Live, Laugh, Love Owl Figurine is $90.

This 3.75" Opal Satin Egg on Stand Figurine features a beautiful hummingbird floral design hand painted by Michelle Kibbe. Her meticulous brushstrokes showcase her skill in painting the delicate wings of this tiny bird. Note the vibrant violet flower clusters. Michelle added floral accents around the bottom of the figurine and blue highlights at the base of the egg. A collector favorite, the Fenton Art Glass "5140 Egg on Stand" was produced in many colors and patterns during the 1970s and 1980s. Fenton began their "Collectible Eggs" series in 1991. This Egg on Stand features a redesigned base by Fenton sculptor Jon Saffell. Did you know. . . Hummingbirds are amazing backyard visitors, instantly recognizable because of their tiny size, hovering flight and needle-like bills. There are more than 300 hummingbird species in the world, 12 of which summer in North America. Each Hummingbird Floral Egg on Stand Figurine is $80.

Pre-orders for the King of the Roost Vase, Live, Laugh, Love Owl and Hummingbird Floral Egg on Stand Figurines will be accepted until midnight (ET) on Monday, July 23, 2018. To pre-order these Limited Editions, please contact Fenton Gift Shop: 1-800-319-7793, ext. 342 or email with your full name and daytime phone.  Include the names of the items you want to purchase in the subject line.

Lush, vibrant red Hibiscus blooms surround a yellow-billed cuckoo in this lovely hand painted scene by J. K. "Robin" Spindler. Robin admired the large blooms of hibiscus that the Fenton Gift Shop manager, Carmen, has on display. So Robin decided to include it in her design for this impressive 11.75" Opal Satin Vase. We've had many visitors exclaim over the beauty of this latest limited edition vase. Robin's hand painted details are a tribute to her artistic talent. . . from the yellow-billed cuckoo to the large hibiscus blossoms! Robin added the name along with her signature and date on the bottom of each vase. Did you know. . . The croaking call of the Yellow-billed Cuckoo, audible at a great distance, is often heard on hot, humid afternoons. This bird is sometimes called the "rain crow," because it appears to be calling for rain. Each Yellow Billed Cuckoo ~ Carmen's Hibiscus Vase is $235.

Cast a warm and welcome light in any room with our 8" Lighthouse Fairy Light. Robin Spindler created a marvelous beach scene which includes sea turtles, a beautiful sunset and foaming waves. This Lighthouse was handcrafted in Opal Satin glass (base) and crystal (top) at Mosser for Fenton Collectibles using Fenton Art Glass moulds that were not used for production before glassmaking halted at Fenton in 2011. She created a sky blue background on the top piece and hand painted a seagull. The bottom features sea turtles on the beach heading toward the ocean waves. A golden sun set against an orange and blue sky is in the background. Each We Can Do This! Lighthouse Fairy Light is $130.

Did you know. . . Sea turtles are very old organisms. They lived on the Earth more than 220 million years ago and outlived the dinosaurs. Sea turtles spend most of their life in the ocean. Females are seen on beaches only during nesting season. During nesting season, the female Sea Turtle will return to the same beach where she was born, finding the right beach even after 30 years of absence. The Sea Turtle lays its eggs in holes in the sand. These "nests" can't be recognized easily because the sea turtle covers them with additional layers of sand. Each nest may contain between 60-200 eggs, depending on the species.

Above, right: Robin Spindler created the perfect companion piece for the We Can Do This! Lighthouse Fairy Light - a Sea Turtle Figurine! Display these pieces together for a "perfect pairing." Handcrafted in Opal Satin, this 4" figurine sports a hand painted Sea Turtle design by Robin Spindler that complements the Lighthouse Fairy Light. Three different views are shown in the photo at left. You have to admit, this figurine is cute no matter which way you look at it! This "Sea Turtle" will make a perfect addition to any figurine collection! Each Sea Turtle Figurine is $80.

Pre-orders for the Yellow Billed Cuckoo ~ Carmen's Hibiscus Vase, We Can Do This! Lighthouse Fairy Light and Sea Turtle Figurine will be accepted until midnight (ET) on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Fenton Art Glass eBay Auctions. . .

Here's your opportunity to own a beautiful "one-of-a-kind" art glass creation or unique item of Fenton history through our weekly eBay auctions. These Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, July 25. Items featured this week. . .

Award-winning Fenton artist Robin Spindler never ceases to amaze us with her innovative and creative approaches to decorating Fenton glass, and we think this one-of-a-kind six-sided vase (7.75" tall) in Favrene glass is surely among her most interesting efforts. Robin used delicate sand carving techniques to create the background that is a canopy of foliage and trees. The hand painted foreground is a pair of deer in full flight, and every brushstroke is perfect, creating an overall effect that is simply wonderful to behold.

Favrene glass is a special cobalt blue glass that contains pure silver in the glass batch. To create the vivid iridescent surface, special reheating techniques are needed. This process has made Favrene a "classic" Fenton glass color.

Here's a great chance to "lock up" a bit of Fenton history! This solid brass padlock is about 3.125" long and weighs .45
ounces. This particular padlock secured the entry door to "Frank's Closet," a wonderful room filled with shelves that
contained hundreds of pieces of Fenton glass that was owned by the Fenton Museum. As you can see from the photos, it's a Best brand padlock, and it has the word "Fenton" in script on one side. The padlock is in "as found" condition with the patina of years on it, but it works perfectly and comes complete with a key. This padlock and others similar to it were used to secure various glass storage areas in the factory of the Fenton Art Glass Company, Williamstown, West Virginia.

Here's a great opportunity to own a piece of Fenton history! In the mid-1960s, the Fenton Art Glass Co. office area and the Fenton Gift Shop underwent considerable remodeling. Attractive brick facing was constructed on exterior areas, and the iconic "Clarence" figure was mounted above the gift shop entrance. Colored glass panels, made by skilled glassworkers at Fenton, were placed around the entrance door to the Fenton Gift Shop and around the entrance door to the reception area of the Fenton Art Glass Co. The Fenton factory is currently undergoing demolition, but the colored glass panels have been saved. This colored glass panel measures 11.75" tall by 8.75" wide. This colored glass panel is Colonial Green, a popular glass color made by Fenton Art Glass in the mid-1960s. This colored glass panel has been signed and dated 2018 by Fenton Art Glass Co. president George Fenton and by Fenton Gift Shop president Randy Fenton, and a certificate of authenticity is also included. These Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
