Fenton USA Presents. . .
"Lady Elegance" Limited Edition Favrene Vase

Included in the 2009 Connoisseur Collection, this beautiful Lady Elegance Vase represents Fenton's finest! Since its debut more than two decades ago, the Fenton Connoisseur Collection has been the best of the best, showcasing the skills of our glass artisans and decorators. This numbered and limited edition collection is a very special offering for those who love glass and desire the unique.

Our shimmery Favrene glass provides the perfect canvas for the lush floral Lady Elegance design by Stacy Williams. The spirit of innovation applied to age-old glassmaking techniques is what makes Favrene a real rarity today. As with many handmade glasses, Fenton's Favrene isn't a recent invention. It is Fenton's unique version of two earlier glasses - Tiffany's Favrile and Steuben's Blue Aurene. Enticed by the silvery blue color found in these pieces, Frank M. Fenton worked to develop a similar color. A special reheating process was necessary to create the silvery layer on the outside of each piece. Favrene was introduced in the Fenton line in the 1991 Connoisseur Collection and continues to be a collector favorite.

Each 10'' vase (08559T7) comes with a Connoisseur Collection certificate. Limited to 750 pieces, fewer than 24 now remain in our online inventory for $295.00 U.S. To view more handcrafted Fenton glass, click here for our latest online offerings. Can't find it online? Frank Workman Glass Creations!

4-1/2'' tall Vase, $195.00

4-1/2'' tall  Vase, $195

4'' tall Vase, $195

Glass artisan Frank Workman produced these very special pieces, and we're pleased to offer the remaining ones here. These pieces were handcrafted using our Top Hat mould. Each vase is unique in its color and as you view all sides, you'll see that no two are exactly alike! The inside of each vase is just as beautiful as the outside (shown above). Don't delay in ordering, as there is just one left of each of these remarkable works of glass art.

Over the years at Fenton, Frank has developed his own style. For XC064Z8, he used transparent blue glass and added applied glass decorative swirls and random threading. This vase measures approx. 4-1/2'' tall and 5-1/2'' diameter at its widest point. The XP048Z0 vase measures approx. 4-1/2'' tall and 5-1/4'' diameter at its widest point. Frank handcrafted this vase using crystal glass with red frit, then added the decorative swirls and random threading.  For the XC064ZW vase, Frank used yellow frit to create a dramatic contrast effect. This vase measures approx. 4'' tall and is 5-1/2'' diameter at its widest point. Each vase is embossed with the personal stamp of Frank Workman ("FLW Fenton") to give credit to the skilled gentleman who created these pieces for us to enjoy and cherish.
